This program event guide was stylishly hidden in the form of a magazine or in Italian "Ravista".  It featured the complete daily event agenda along with regional information, area restaurants, tours & activities and even some local customs and "must-have" Italian phrases! 

Each couple receives their personalized agenda and a copy of their air itinerary in event branded sleeves.

During registration, each guest selected the tour they'd like to do onsite.  In their mailout package, they only recieve the custom collection of their choices.

Event branded, hand-crafted, leather luggage tags for each traveler (2 each) along with hotel infomation in a custom tin mailout.
